early payoff of Chapter 13 plan?

This reminds me of Sunahara, it may work as Christine says given that debtors are so close to the end. If you attempt a MOMOD, I don't think you can get around the fact that debtors are able to make the remaining plan payments and the funds being provided fall under 1306(a)(1).
