This is a risk you take when you file chapter 11's. Most debtors have learned how to avoid paying people, Chapter 11 debtor's included. There aretwo options, depending on your constitution.
1. Finish the case and take payments.
2. Motion to withdraw.
You represent the estate, so you cannot ethically make a motion to dismiss without the estate's permission.
If you are going to finish the case, you can put the payments into the plan, and, my suggestion, put in a default provision allowing you to abstract your fee order if payments are missed.

Subject: [cdcbaa] ch 11 client isn't paying approved attorney fees- now what
Chapter 11 individual client isn't paying court approved attorney fees (from fee app).
Now what? Motion to withdraw? Motion to convert or dismiss?
Thanks,
