Is Zurolo likely to grant the motion to avoid lien in a ch 20? discharged, but the HOA is so aggressive, even though completely under water, they
set another foreclosure sale so she filed a 13, having finally found a job. Now I want to avoid the lien. How much opposition do you think I'll run up against. Omid said they normally don't oppose these and didn't see that
they would, but what about the judge? This is my first lien avoidance motion.
