Judge RICHARD F. WALMARK - Denying CCP, Sec. 473 Motions wow....
Amazed by what I saw in court in Van Nuys County Superior Court. Any of
you who are also defending unlawful detainer actions please make a note
that if you file ANYTHING late even by a day he won't consider your
documents AND if you bring 473 motion to cure it under the mandaotry
provisions..... denied! Can you say 170.6? Former District Attorney now
sitting in UD Court. Its not pretty. BUT if you work for a BANK you are
going to LOVE Judge Walmark.
