Effect of conversion from Ch 7 to Ch 13 when CH 7 tee got judgment

Does the estate still jump ahead of the homestead in the converted case for
liquidation purposes if the CH 7 tee got a judgment for fraudulent transfer
avoiding a deed? The Ch 13 is a new estate so my thinking is NO. Of course
I will research, but thought I'd get your ideas/experience in case this
ever came up for any of you.
