Ch7 case; I have received a first mortgage reaffirmation agreement from US Bank. They put a separate note in the package asking if would be so kind as to file it for them because they dont have that capability.. Does anyone know why US Bank is sending these out?
This client doesnt make the best business decisions and may decide to sign it no matter what I explain to them.
