I don't work on consumer cases but if I did, I'd gladly sign them for an
additional fee. From what I hear, some attorneys will sign them for a fee,
some will sign them for free, some won't sign them at all. I personally
can't think of a reason why not to sign, but it's the unknown unknowns that
get you.
Sincerely,
Michael Avanesian

That's my understanding, does anyone know if Judge Peter Carroll will sign
off on a mortgage reaffirmation?

Subject: [cdcbaa] US Bank Mortgage reaffirmation.
Ch7 case; I have received a first mortgage reaffirmation agreement from US Bank. They put a separate note in the package asking if would be so kind as to file it for them because they dont have that capability.. Does anyone know why US Bank is sending these out?
This client doesnt make the best business decisions and may decide to sign it no matter what I explain to them.
