Tip for attorneys who use appearance counsel

Here's a quick tip that will make your clients' lives a lot easier at 341(a) Meetings where you have hired appearance counsel:
Have your appearance attorneys send you a photo of themselves (or find one on the web). Send the photo to your client before the 341(a) Meeting. That way, your client knows who to look for.
I've started doing this recently, and my clients have thanked me for making the meeting less stressful this way.
