There is no election of remedies.
If you need to do both then do both, the first is an adversary and the
latter a motion.

Can I, as a claimant, file a claim, and an adversarial for
non-dischargability and a motion to be relieved of the automatic stay? All
on the same claim? Or do I have to make an election of remedies?
