Can interest rate be changed in a confirmed plan?

Took over a case from another attorney. Interest was provided for
mortgage arrears in confirmed plan. I want to try and change that
to zero interest. The Trustee's attorney tells me we can do a MOMOD
to change the interest rate, but our mandatory MOMOD form doesn't
have any section that could even remotely be addressed in. It
seems to only allow for changes in payment percentages and plan term
or suspensions of payments.
Has anyone modified a plan for things other than those items?
