Holly,
I don't think you can do that, but Judge Kwan signed my last 522(f) order
the same day I uploaded it. So you or your attorney service could pick it
up pretty quick.

Holly:
Back in the day before LOU we used to always go to hearings and bring a
prepared order. Normally we'd just throw it in the judge's box for
that, but occasionally if we could articulate a compelling reason to get
a "walked through" order then we could get it signed and docketed the
same or next day.
In my opinion, you'd have to have extraordinary circumstances to ask
that of a judge on a 522(f), and especially so under the current system.
I cannot think of any that would require that level of expediting. But
you know your case better, so if you think they exist you can upload it
to LOU and bring in the judge's copy to the hearing and give it a go.

I have a tentative ruling to grant my 522(f) motion at tomorrow's hearing
before Judge Kwan. I would like to get a certified copy of the Order as
soon as possible. Can I ask the judge to sign my Order at the hearing, or
should I upload it to LOU tonight? Not sure what is the most efficient way
of doing this. I would like to be able to take the signed Order straight
from the judge to get it certified tomorrow IF POSSIBLE.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
