The attached OSC addresses this issue:
"On June 13, 2011, the Court entered its ruling in In re Hileman wherein the
Court
held that the terms of a plan, as confirmed, fix the legal rights of the
parties and the only
cause for relief from the stay after the confirmation is the debtor's
material failure to
adhere to the payment terms set forth in the plan. 451 B.R. 522, 525 (Bankr.
C.D. Cal.
2011). A year has passed since the Court ruled in In re Hileman, and since
then, the
Court has given the parties that appear before it ample time to correct
relief from stay."
