Motion for Court Consent to Enter Into Loan Modification

I just got a motion filed by Chase for the Court ot Consent to Enter into a Loan Modification. The debtor had signed the agreeement, it was recorded and I filed an objection to the proof of claim. Has anyone else seen anything like this?
