I assume the attorney is a sole proprietorship based on your question.
A trust account is opened under the state bar's E.I.N., not the
attorney's S.S.N. or E.I.N. Accordingly I doubt the Wells Fargo would
connect the two even if it would even contemplate freezing the account.
I have never heard of Wells Fargo freezing fiduciary accounts of
other sorts either, i.e. debtor is trustee of somebody else's trust,
or administrator of a probate estate with accounts in those entities
E.I.N's.

I'm about to file a Ch. 7 for an attorney who keeps his client trust
account with Wells Fargo. While this may be an unusual scenario,
has anyone run into WF being dumb enough to freeze the funds in a
Trust Account, even though the funds are not property of the estate?
