Problem with CM/ECF adding Creditor in order file Proof
I don't think you can do that. You need to file an amendment adding
the new creditor, pay $30, along with a new mailing matrix (with
just the added creditor). Only the ECF people can add a creditor.
Of course, I could be wrong.
