Chapter 13 debtor doesn't pay plan payment/Trustee does nothing

They will eventually get to it in their own due course. You can move to dismiss in the meantime if the creditor hires you.

I received a call from a creditor who has a claim again a Chapter 13 debtor
that has a confirmed plan but does not pay (I just reviewed that quarter
statement). Does the Chapter 13 Trustee have an affirmative duty to move to
dismiss the case? Or can he just sit there and hope things are going to run
around? I called the Chapter 13 Trustees office and left a message
inquiring and did not get a call back? What am I missing here?
