Order From Judge Kauffman - Slow in Coming
I dropped off a Declaration of Non Response in Woodland Hills (I handed it
to a security officer who placed it in Judge Kauffman's mail tub) on
6/23/14 and uploaded an order the same day. I called the judge's law clerk
(Patty Garcia?) on Monday of this week and left a message, but didn't hear
back. I tried again today (Thursday) and left a message for a different
law clerk (Lindsay?).
Is anyone else finding the turnaround slow for orders from Judge Kauffman?
Any inside scoop on why that might be?
