Motion to convert granted as of August 2012. Began making plan payments September and is counting on 60 months from the date of conversion. Last payment August 2017, five years after conversion order.
Trustee reports him as delinquent in plan because he didn't pay Plan payments from date of FILING of the 7.

I didn't research this issue at all and never worked on a 13 but IMO 11
U.S.C. 348 (a) "Conversion of a case from a case under one chapter of this
title to a case under another chapter of this title constitutes an order
for relief under the chapter to which the case is converted..." should be
controlling.
