Dear members:
PC has a order for an equalization payment owed to her spouse. She filed a
chapter 7 bankruptcy that was discharged 2 years ago. Spouse never filed a
nondischargeability complaint. . . . did he have to? If he failed to and
she got discharge, does that mean debt is discharged?
I suspect not. . . but anyone got a good argument to help this poor lady?
