I need to refer a client to someone experienced in involuntary
Attorney who is owed money (and who has also been sued) is inquiring about
filing an involuntary bankruptcy under 11 USC 303. I would like to refer
him to someone experienced for a consultation regarding the
pros/cons/possibilities, etc.
