Hi everyone,
Public Counsel will be hosting a REAFFIRMATION AGREEMENT MCLE PROGRAM onMonday, February 27th from 10-11:30 a.m. This program will giveattendees a better understanding about what attorneys need to know about the reaffirmationagreement procedures and practice after BAPCPA. We are very fortunate to havea highly esteemed panel for program.
The Honorable Vincent P. Zurzolo and Peter Lively have generouslydonated their time and expertise to be on the panel. Despite their very busyschedules, they have made time to provide attendees with an overview of thepractice and procedures in the reaffirmation agreement process. Thank you!
The program is co-sponsored by cdcbaa and refreshments will begenerously provided by Abacus Credit Counseling. All attendees will berequired to provide a two hour pro bono commitment to a bankruptcy prose assistance program in the Central District of California. MCLE creditwill be provided by Public Counsel.
