I agree that this form can be used as a sample for wording. Tku.
However, since my debtor's case is closed following his 7 discharge, I was wondering how would the court react to the motion to reopen case for the purpose of requesting such an order.Best regards,

Rene, no this is a case of the ch 7 debtor who got his discharge and now wants to do a refi; he is asked by the lender to provide this order or a reaffirmation of his mortgage loan, which he had not done during his case.
