UST threating to file a motion to dismiss case.
I want to make it clear that I would always encourage my clients to file
and pay taxes timely. Hypothetically speaking though, taxes are ordinary
course of business debt so I wouldn't apply that paragraph to it.
Sincerely,

One of the standard Chapter 13 plan provisions ,paragraph E of V Other Provisions states that the debtor shall incur no debt greater than $500.00 without prior court approval unless the debt is incurred in the ordinary course of business.....or for medical emergencies. It seems tome by not paying the taxes as they come due, debtor is in violation of this provisionand that is grounds for dismissal of the case. Pat Said.
