Why do banks file RFS in CH7?

Ah, I knew someone would know a good reason. So this is a way to block the serial filers from multiple filing just to forestall foreclosure. That makes sense.

US Bank aka Wells Fargo has filed a RFS motion in one of my no asset ch7
cases. The debtors are underwater on the 2nd and 3rd [all WF] and barely
above water on the first [cost of sale plus note exceeds value] No notice
of default has been filed. Debtors have a prepetition loan mod to pay
