Sorry for the creditor question. I promise I am representing a debtor ...
against another debtor.
Debtor was discharged and case was closed. Do I need to get relief from the
discharge injunction to proceed against the debtor's insurer on the
discharged claim?
If so, does anyone have a sample? It looks like I would need to reopen the
case as well. [Court Manual, 2(b).]
