Employer is a creditor

A PC is concerned about her employer finding about her bankruptcy. She actually works in the collections department at a small credit union, and the credit union is an unsecured creditor. Obviously, she is concerned about her job and her co-workers finding out about her bankruptcy. Obviously, her employer would be notified of the bankruptcy as a creditor. Has any of you dealt with this, and have any advice on handling?
