Service Members Civil Relief Act (SCRA)
I have a PC with a foreclosure: I would be attempting to negotiate with lender, who Debtor gave a Deed of Trust.
One of the trustors is in the military.
The Debtor wants to use the Service Members Civil Relief Act (SCRA), to try and knock out the nonjudicial foreclosure and make it judicial (to buy time).
Is that something that is possible, or has anyone dealt with that in our group?
Any comments would be appreciated.
