I have a Ch 13 pending pre-confirmation. Client now needs to add 2008 tax
liabilities, so I am amending the plan. He had no FTB debt at date of
filing, so I have had no contact with them. Who/what department do I
contact at the FTB regarding them making a claim? Phone and address please.
