Deficiency notice cleared?
Log on to Pacer and check the docket. If it is NOT cleared, it will say
"incomplete" somewhere at the top of the screen. If it is cleared,
there should be notations on the docket descriptions where the case
deficiency notice is listed.
I just had to deal with this on a falsely filed deficiency notice due to
clerk's error, so I had to spend my time and resources fixing their error.

I had a deficiency notice for a missing signature on a Financial Management
form. I refilled with the signature through CM/ECF last week, how do I
confirm the deficiency notice is cleared? We are coming up on the 45 day
shall file requirement of FRBP 1007(c.) I have left a message with the clerk
in Woodland Hills but apparently I'm far down on the call back list.
