What would you do when the Chapter 7 Trustee believes there is non exempt equity in property belonging to the debtor and are offered two options:
1. Fight over the exemptions in court (there is only 30 days left for the Trustee to do that) or
2. Stipulate to waiving the deadline for the Trustee to object to exemptions, allow the trustee to list the case as an asset case with the court and conduct an appraisal of the property.
Thanks in advance for your input.
