Filing fee to Superior Court for filing a Notice of

This is not first hand experience, but I've been hearing some grumbling from
other attorneys that fee waivers in the LASC have been harder to obtain,
especially when the party has enough money to pay an attorney to represent
him/her. It's worth a try, but I think it's better to bring the issue up
to the Clerk of the Court so that the problem can be nipped in the bud.

That's nonsense. This must be downtown LA, right? Those people don't
know which end is up right now. Just resubmit it. There's no filing fee.
