My last experience was around 1 year ago and in that situation, the case
closed almost immediately after filing the certificate and declaration. I
have a designated person to bug the clients about taking the class who does
a great job. Since that time, I've had other situations where I've tried to
get a case dismissed or discharged and I've been told there is nothing I can
do as well; however, the cases have discharged or dismissed soon after I
called and was told to buzz off.
