Worker's Compensation Benefits
If a consumer has a workers compensation claim -- last offer was for
$20,000 -- would this be exempt under CCP 703.140b(10)(c) --
unemployment or SDI or would it be exempt under CCP 703.140b(11)(d) --
personal injury payment?
I am calling it a personal injury payment because if the accident was
not at work, it would be personal injury payment. Of course, were
there no injury my client would be collecting unemployment AND he is
also collecting from SDI...
