Checking accounts
Client opened new bank account in US Bank after BofA withdrew $2000 from her checking account due to non-payment of BofA credit card. She's afraid she'll be put on the Chexsystems and she'll loose any future deposited money because a friend told her she had opened a new account at Union bank but was told it will be closed and she'll be barred from opening a new acct for 5 yrs because Chase put her (friend) on the Chexsystems list for failing to pay Chase overdraft charges. Chase pulled out the money in Union bank.
Are all the banks now on 1 big server and pulling money owed out of checking accounts no matter where held? Clients need to have a checking account, so where can we tell them to put their money?
