domestic partner's car payment

I am in the process of working through my first 13.
Can my client's domestic partner car payment in her plan? The domestic partner is claimed as a dependent; the domestic partner does not work and raises their hopefully soon to be adopted child. The client is not on title for the note or the car.
I already got it wrong because the plan will require her to be able to make this payment. I now I need to amend the filing and plan to include this expense. But am I even able to include this on the list of expenditures?
