Frank,
We are intending to set up a newbie consumer bk program or series this year
in addition to our regular Saturday CLE. We will be discussing this at our
Jan 30 bd and general meetings.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.

Another lawyer in my office who is going to start doing some bankruptcy work would like to take a basic one day or half day course on the basic nuts and bolts of bankruptcy. While I see such seminars from time to time, I am not aware of any coming up in the next month or so. Does anyone know of any? A Rutter type program or LACBA would be great? [Yes, I intend to start bringing him to our Saturday morning programs as well!] Thanks.
