If it has no equity and he does not have the pink slip, why would anyone pay anything for it or accept it as a donation?
But! Has he tried marketing it in a way that people in farm country like the Central Valley would be able to contact him. If they get the keys and the vehicle, some people would not care about something as trifling as a title doc.
