Adversary proceeding- notice of requirement to comply with FRBP 7026

Our Local Bankruptcy Rules in CDCA require that a notice be sent along with
the summons and complaint of the requirement to comply with FRBP 7026 and
LBR 7026-1.
There does not appear to be a form for the purpose so I drafted one
(attached).
Anyone familiar with adversaries in CDCA know if this will work?
