This is normal - the notice sent out by the clerk to all creditors has the full number on it so that creditors can identify the debtor.

I receivecd a call from a client who noticed that his SSN number was on
the notice he received as well as that which was received by an
unsecured creditors. I reviewed the file to see that the number was
appropriately redacted from the petition. I looked at a couple of other
cases recently filed by my office and see that the same thing occurred.
One of the cases was actually filed directly at the Clerk's window. I
have a call into the Clerk's office but have not received a response.
Does anyone have any experience with this issue.
