Dennis:
Every time this type of survey has been proposed on other listserves, the
objection has always been raised that such a discussion is an anti-trust
violation and should not be done. To get around that, it is fair to ask
how much time is spent on a typical adversary or motion and what factors
make that estimate go up or down. This will not run afoul of anti-trust
rules, but will allow us to know what we are up against.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.

Members:
Can you please e me, offlist, what you are charging for lien strips?
easky1@yahoo.com
I will post a listing, without naming names, for all to see regarding the range of prices. We should have an idea what the market is.

t to say "Thank you", or ask for something to be emailed from one person to you,
Do those things offlist.
We get over 400 emails on this list per month, and if all 400 said "thanks", we'd get 800...., or more.
