Homeschooling expenses
I have my first clients who are homeschooling. The 2 children were previously in private religious school but the moderately physically disabled wife can no longer work, so she is now on disability and they can't afford the school.
Where can I find any allowances for homeschooling expenses to list in the BK petition? It will likely be a Ch 7 or less than 100% Ch 13. I've heard that about $150/mo per child is being allowed for homeschooling (similar to private school). Is this true?
