Local rules dictate that the plan and notice of the plan be served on all
creditors at least 28 days prior to the first date set for the 341a meeting
of creditors. I filed an emergency petition without the plan, and just
realized that due to the 341a being set very soon, I already blew the 28 day
deadline. Is this easily corrected? What is the procedure to correct
this? Can I just stipulate to a longer time for the creditors to object?
