Already confirmed ch.13: MRFS filed: If debtor converts to a chapter
Hi CDCBAA mates:
Confirmed chapter 13 and bank has just filed a MRFS. I called the debtor
and as you have it, he hasn't paid his mortgage or his chapter 13 plan
payment. Debtor not likely to come up with payments. My question is what
will happen to the MRFS hearing if the debtor converts to a chapter 7? Will
it be continued? Thanks.
