Sure. In Section I. E there is a blank for "Other Property" that you
can use.
However, consider having some reserves for payments. I often delay my
Chapter 13 cases for a few months so that debtors can have a reserve
fund kept outside their regular cash flow in case they don't have money
to make their regular payments. I think it's perilous to continue the
paycheck-to-paycheck-barely-scraping-by syndrome in Chapter 13. Any
long term financial project should have reserves.

In a Chapter 13 plan where the debtor is solely paying of mortgage
arrears (no unsecured debt), is there a way to put into the plan a
lump sum payment at the beginning to reduce the monthly payment
amount needed for the remainder of the plan term?
Debtor has about $15,000 he can pay towards the arrears, but the
lender won't accept the money prepetition.
