Hearings on Vehicle Reaffirm agreements - Central Dist. - Northern Division
Just received notice of hearing on a reaffirmation agreement for vehicle - no hardship issue. It's a pro se issue because only provided limited representation for Ch. 7 petition and creditor's meeting, and did not negotiate terms of reaffirmation agreement, nor signed off on reaffirmation agreement. This is the second client to have a hearing noticed on a reaffirmation agreement without hardship issue in the last month, and first hearings of this sort ever... Is there a new program the judges are adhering to on these reaffirmation agreements?
