Where to serve lien strip on old IndyMac loan serviced by CitiMortgage

Do any of you have suggestions for where to serve my complaint/motion for a lien strip on a loan that was held by MERS as nominee for IndyMac Bank and the servicing of which is now through CitiMortgage. No assignments have been recorded (what else is new?). I've sent out a QWR to CitiMortgage asking for ownership details (and will, of course, serve them with complaint), but that will be several months away. Does the group have an updated service list for these matters (that I can't find)? Thanks,
