Wells and auto reaffirmations

Wells has a new trick now. They mail the reaffirmation, signed, and
demand you complete it and file it with the court, and then send them
a copy.

yes, in my limited experience this happened to one of my clients, but there
was another debt collector involved so it might not have been Wells Fargo's
fault.
