Filing Proof of Income for Self Employed or Unemployed Debtor
It was a misunderstanding in the forum. I only have a form for employed,
and unemployed. When I have a self employed debtor I send copies of tax
returns that show the business revenue. That has satisfied all of the
trustees to date.
