What you are looking for is a Lot Book Report. The only company I know
which provides them is California Lot Book, Inc.

Title companies do not see this as a viable business opportunity and do not
provide the service you (we) need. I have been discussing this with a
number of title companies for years without success.

Do you have a company? The company I have called is not able to give us
a litigation guaranty title. They can only give us a property profile.

Ask for a litigation guaranty title report used for real property
litigation. They should understand that reference.
