adding a co-debtor is not permitted. Husband needs to file his own case and
move to consolidate.

Should I file a Motion to Amend BK petition or just file an Amendment in
order to add Husband's name in the BK? Wife filed and 341a is next week, but
Husband wants to include his name and include his debts.

Philomena:
Option to file a joint case is only an option at the filing of the first petition. Have to file a second case for nonfiling spouse and pay the fee.
